Mechanical Property Testing
Dedicated testing equipment including tensile testers, Vickers and Rockwell hardness testers, and Charpy impact testing is used to verify material strength, hardness, and impact resistance, ensuring components meet required performance standards.

Surface & Coating Performance Testing
Surface treatment quality and corrosion resistance are verified through salt spray testing and X-ray thickness measurement, ensuring durability and long-term performance in various environments.
